Haha! I have the go-ahead from the lactation consultant to try and reintroduce dairy - a piece of cheese - and see what happens with the EB (cross our collective fingers that it isn't projectile spitting up).

Me? Obsessed? Oh no.

I'm sure it's already too late, but if you're looking for something special to celebrate your return to cheese, try Cougar Gold. (http://www.wsu.edu/creamery/cougarcheese/1flavors.html) It's a crumbly cheddar-ish cheese that's both sweet and tart. Perhaps my favorite cheese ever.

I did indeed already have my dairy-laden meal (and so far, so good!) - but that does sound yummy. I have some of my favorite cheeses in the house right now - my sister brought them from New York because we can't get them here - cambozola (a camembert/gorgonzola blend) and a blue Gouda (I think). Absolutely to die for.

Wow, a blue Gouda. Sounds really interesting.

And then there is the classic match of Stilton, port, and dark chocolate. And I once had a terrific Cornish pasty with a filling of steak and Stilton. Oh, the tasty memories this thread is conjuring up ...
