Apparently, the thing to do in the librarything community is to create a poll with all the books you've read in the year, and encourage people to check off the ones they have also read (at any time, not just in 2007). It's been so fun seeing what kinds of things people read that I just had to make my own list. This gets long.

(This is a quibble that galagan and I keep having. Basically, we quibble because he uses "couple" to equal 2, no more, no less - and I use it to mean approximately 1-3. And so on. He says it's more specific, and I use it more generally. Opinions?)

By the way, I'm trying to figure out how gender affects this, which is why I said hetero situations. If anyone has any insight about same-sex situations, please expound in comments. In fact, I'd be very interested in lots of expounding in the comments section, because I'd love to see what people think.
