Healing

I went to the orthopedist this morning and my wrist was pronounced healthy and healed! The X-ray showed that all the bones have knitted properly, and he seemed relatively pleased with my progress as far as motion is concerned (I'd estimate I'm at about 50% of normal range of motion in some directions, and 75-85% in other directions). He said it will be 6-12 months before I really have full use and motion back, and stiffness/soreness will continue, but nothing too bad. I don't have to go back to see him unless I'm having trouble.

Yay!

It is hard to believe it's been only 12 weeks.

Now, if I could just get the rest of my body (i.e. my sore back) to cooperate, I'd have a happy corporeal existence!
